Situato in posizione centrale vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. L'isola pedonale con tutti i suoi negozi, le attrazzioni turistiche e le oasi
ricreative e di cultura sono comodamente raggiungibili anche a piedi.
Confortevoli camere, in gran parte rivolte verso il cortile interno, con doccia, WC, fon, scalda asciugamani, telefono con segreteria, TV satellitare (RAI1), presa per PC, WiFi gratuito, radiosveglia e in parte con cassetta di sicurezza.
