4th Floor Hotel ist sowohl Boutique-Hotel als auch ein preisbewusstes Hotel mit günstigen Zimmern und unterschiedlichen Einrichtungen. Wir befinden uns im Herzen der Stadt und die wichtigste Einkaufsstraße, die Laugavegur, beginnt vor unserer Haustür. Museen, Kunstgalerien und viele andere Attraktionen sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Am 29. Februar 2008, eröffneten wir ein neues Café mit Lounge-Bar namens Studio 29 Cafe/Restaurant mit herzhaftem Mittagessen oder einem leichten Snack. Studio 29 bietet auch Räume für Meetings und Gruppen-Anlässe - große und kleine.
Die 4thFloor Hotel befindet sich im 1., 2. und 4. Stock eines neu renovierten Gebäudes im Herzen von Reykjavik.
Das Hotel verfügt über insgesamt 36 Zimmer, davon 10 Superior Studio & Wohnungen in der 5-StandardNorm.

4th Floor Hotel now operates both as a boutique hotel and a budget conscious hotel with affordable rooms
that offers various facilities. We are located in the heart of the city and the main shopping street Laugavegur
begins at our doorstep. Museums, art galleries and many other attractions are within walking distance.
Last 29th of February 2008, we open a new coffee shop and lounge bar called Studio 29 Cafe/Restaurant
which will be available to our guests and the general public. Our most recent addition to the hotel is the
Studio 29 Cafe/Restaurant where one can come for refreshments, a hearty lunch or a light snack.
Studio 29 also offers space for business meetings and group events, both big and small.
The 4thFloor Hotel occupies the 1st,2nd and 4th floor of a newly renovated building in the heart of Reykjavik.
The hotel has a total of 36 rooms including our 10 superior studio & 5 standard apts.
